OLUFEMI OLADIMEJI B.SC, M.SC, MBA, MNIM
Mr Olufemi Oladimeji is a 1985 social science graduate of the University of Lagos. He joined the services of first bank of Nigeria Plc in 1986 as a middle level management staff. He excelled severally in training programme and won awards for efficient and meritorious service in his five-year stay in the bank. Mr Oladimeji transferred his services to the Universal Trust Bank Plc in June 1991 and rose to become a Branch Operations Manager in 1992. He was a guest lecturer at the bank’s training school in Agidingbi Ikeja, Lagos. He holds a Master of business Administration of the Bayero University of Lagos. A full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, he is currently the Managing Director of Living Spring Business Schools and Chairman of the advisory board of D.U&T Consulting.
JOHN ADERIBIGBE, MANAGING CONSULTANT (ISO 9001 LEAD IMPLEMENTER ,ISO 9001 PROVISIONAL AUDITOR, ISO 13845, 13053, 14001, 17025, 22301, 29001 AND 55001 PROVISIONAL IMPLEMENTER)
John Aderibigbe, is a seasoned trainer with over fifteen years experience in Training, Business Development, Human Resources and Strategic Consulting. During these years of experience, he has attended and facilitated in several management and leadership training programmes.
John is a graduate of Economics of the University of Ibadan. He joined Refuge Insurance Co. Ltd in 1996 as a Clients’ Development Consultant, the position he held until when he joined Total Human Capital Development Company, Lekki as a Business Development Executive. Having worked with the prestigious Africa Leadership Forum in his stride, he is currently the Managing Consultant of DU&T Consulting and consult as a faculty with the Africa Leadership Forum and Global Training.
Versed in the design of training synopsis, training needs and impact assessment, strategic consulting and Research; John holds membership of several professional bodies like the National Business Education Association (USA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (USA). He has facilitated international and local training programmes that include Crestcom Bullet Proof’s Customer Service, Maximum Impact’s 360 Degrees Leader, Making Professional Presentations, Situational Leadership, Decision Making and Creativity in the Workplace, Unlocking Interpersonal Skills among others. He has facilitated the Corporate Reengineering Programme of some organizations. As a consultant to both the public and private establishments, he host the Quarterly HR Roundtable- a forum for solving basic day to day challenges facing Human Resources Managers.
He is the Managing Consultant of DU&T Consulting, Director of Entrepreneurship and Employability Development Initiative, DU&T Properties and Electronics Standard Network (Web Development, Internet Marketing SEO Specialist). John is currently a UNIDO certified Trainer on HP Learning Initiative for Entrepreneurs (LIFE) and PECB Certified Trainer for ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 13845, 13053 and 29001. He is also an approved trainer for consultants in Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, South Korea, Canada and other PECB partners.
RUTH OFONBUK ADERIBIGBE, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ruth is a graduate of University of Ilorin with a second class upper degree. She worked with Tinycall Nigeria Ltd as a Social Media Strategist for about 4 years before joining the Libra House Schools Ikoyi as the Administrative Manager. She is a PECB Certified ISO 9001 and 14001 Lead Implementer as well as ISO 21500 Lead Project Manager. She had led various ISO Implementation projects like the Josepdam Port Service Ltd to ISO 9001, Connig Technoserve Ltd to ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001; RGS Worldwide Ltd to ISO 9001 among other projects including certificated and non-certificated training facilitations. She is currently the Operations Director of DU&T Consulting.
AMAKA OKPALAOKA, HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ndidiamaka Okpalaoka Nee Udeh graduated with a Second Class Honours in Industrial Chemist at Enugu State University of Science and Technology. She is currently working with DU&T Consulting as Head, Business Development Unit. A dynamic and highly motivated individual with more than 9 years experience in developing and executing strategies for new business. Proven record of optimization of leads and contribution to the overall 50% growth. Result-focused, meticulous, and Contributes to customer gain and give the employer the unbeatable competitive advantage. She is a PECB Certified ISO 30301:2015 (Record Management System) Lead Auditor a qualification certified by Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), Canada. In her strides she handled the implementation of ISO 22000: 2005 (Food Safety Management system) for Skycare Catering Services Ltd Ikeja and functions as a facilitator for Implementing internal control course; Managing for performance course and Problem solving and decision making course.
OSITA KOSISOCHUKWU FRANCIS, HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Osita Kosisochukwu Francis is a graduate of Biochemistry from Anambra State University. Graduated with second class lower division. He was a subject and class teacher at De-Trio International Schools, Akwa-Ibom State. He is committed to the cause of education, an academia with proven ability to formulate a comprehensive curriculum with experienced in administering both formative and summative evaluation. He started as the Operations Executive in DU&T Consulting where he has demonstrated his expertise in training and ISO Implementation of some reputable clients with proven track record and significant changes as evidence. before rising to the position of the Head of Operations. As the current Head of Operations, he meticulously coordinate operations activities at DU&T Consulting. He is an IQS Certified Quality Management Professional
EMMANUEL LANRE FATOYINBO, HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION
Fatoyinbo Lanre Emmanuel is a graduate of Statistics from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. He has worked as Assistant Supervisor at Conoil Plc where he coordinated fuels sales employees before joining DU&T Consulting. As the current Head of Admin, he maintains all documents and records, manages the organization’s fleets and ensures regular supplies. He has BRASI Certificate in Fleet Management as well as BRASI Certificate in Procurement and Contract Management
